Our Shelf Work
I added a few new activities to our work shelf last week. Joey’s in a sensitive period for opening and closing things, really anything–cabinets, drawers, boxes, DVD cases. If it can be opened, he’ll find a way to do it. So I made a work with that in mind.
Opening & Closing Objects
Also, since this month our theme the body I created a work matching pairs with objects that we put on our body. There’s not many objects, because I can’t think of anything else that goes on our body in a pair. Joey’s showed minimal interest in this work. What captures his attention the most are the shoes, which have a velcro closure. He’s sits and tries to pull the velcro.

We’re on blue for our treasure basket, which is the last of the primary colors before I start the extensions.
